Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, send us a picture to support@alively.shop. We will only send you a new item or refund if you give us a picture of the damaged product.

We do not offer returns/refunds for incorrect sizing, so please be sure to utilize our size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If you receive defective/damaged items, please contact us by filling out our form under the "contact us" link! 

If you decided that you want to change your order, you have exactly 24 hours after you have placed your order to change it. After that, all sales are final.
